KCCC Table Tennis Tryouts

Phil Han and Matt Smith want your support!

This is the second of three matches Phil and Matt have to win in order to participate in the 2006 KCCC. In 2004 the Han/Smith doubles team went into the tryouts optimistic about winning, but unsure about how they would compete against the competition. The first of a best of 3 games match was lost by Han/Smith. They looked defeated... the crowd knew better. A roar from the crowd started, "Lets go Phil and Matt!"... With the home team crowd Phil and Matt were able to come back and win the last three games to enter into the 2004 KCCC. At the 2004 KCCC the Han/Smith doubles team took an unprecidented 4th place medal. In 2005 Smith was forced to join up with an excellent singles player Jeff Besser... Both Smith and Besser are equally leathal in Singles, but in doubles they were defeated in the first round of the tryouts. For 2006 the Han/Smith doubles team is back! Come out and support your Cerner spirit! We won the first match 2 games to 1.

When?

Second match must be played before April 7th...

Match is scheduled for 5:00PM on April the 6th!

(FYI - there will probably be about 5 minutes of warm up time)
